Your responsibilities will include:
- Development of CI/CD automation area related strategies affecting our customers satisfaction in cooperation with Chief Product Owner and other stakeholders in SEB Baltics and SEB Group;
- Developing partnerships cross agile organization;
- Creating, clarifying, and communicating product backlog and strategy;
- Prioritizing and managing transparent product backlog;
- Listening to customers and brining customer voice to Delivery team;
- Managing stakeholders. You will be point of entry for the organization to the team;
- Cooperating with other Product owners;
- Keeping up to date with latest trends and developments and contributing to strategic agenda of the whole area.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Track record of product ownership (preferable in CI/CD);
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools & processes, containerization, testing principles and DevOps;
- Excellent stakeholder management ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization;
- Strategic thinking and innovative mind-set;
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to understand the value of what stakeholder wants and communicate it to team;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

€3,600 - €5,400 a month
Monthly salary range for this position (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
