Customer Engagement Solutions Agile team is taking care of various ways clients are engaging with bank and for our Chatbot area we are looking for Software Engineer / Solution Architect to help us work with it’s improvement. We have bright vision, to enhance customer experience in frontend (chatbot window), but most developments are foreseen to automate client actions within chatbot to enable self-service and securely integrate it to our systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hands on develop SEB built components for chatbots operability and enhancement of activities;
- Create secure, functional and compliant integration solution for chatbot between SEB Built applications and third party / cloud based solutions we’re using for the service;
- Help to turn business requirements into state-of-the-art technology solution to build Chatbot’s channels growth;
- Align solution architecture with SEB’s architects’ community and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
- Walkthrough other IT stakeholders and keep solutions in line with non-functional and IT Security requirements;
- Implement necessary changes in Teams owned solutions and coordinate external vendors;
- Keep developer and solution documentation on adequate level;
- Provide necessary support for the team and stakeholders when dealing with solution’s compliance assessment during IT Security assessments
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- 5 + years of active code writing experience with background of Java Springboot approach
- 2 + years of integration experience with in-house and external third party solutions
- Basic familiarity with Javascript for frontend applications
- Experience in dealing with penetration tests and IT Security findings
- Excellent team player with good communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
- Pursuit for state of the art code development practices with good experience in unit testing
- Any familiarity with Angular experience is considered as advantage (for future projects)
- A sense of responsibility, willingness to learn continuously and Can do attitude
