We provide digital enablers to all of SEB for both private and corporate customers. This includes issuing electronic identifications, login as a service and signing as a service, through different methods.
Since the team is growing, we are looking for an additional Scrum Master to the Swedish team, working in close collaboration with the Scrum Master already in place. There is also a team in Vilnius, which we collaborate with daily.
Your mission as a Scrum Master is to lead the team forward by coaching the team, planning and executing on our product owners’ backlog, and constantly finding ways to remove obstacles and barriers for the team.
About the role
- Driving and securing team deliveries and safeguarding IT processes (e.g. change and incident management, security routines)
- Coaching and supporting the team
- Driving the way of working using agile methods, principles and tools
- Identifying and removing of impediments, solving team problems and helping to minimize distractions
- Coordinating the work between Swedish and Lithuanian teams where there are dependencies
- Providing clear, efficient and effective communication, as well as managing stakeholders
- Planning and facilitating quarterly iterations, workshops, team events, meetings and discussions
- Providing transparent overview of the team’s activity/progress using shared tools and reports
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
You have previous experience as a Scrum Master. You possess communicative skills, a keen ear to pick up needs from the team and a will to encourage dialogue. You are self-driven and have a pro-active approach. You have an interest in and understanding of business needs and good collaborative skills. It's meritorious if you have a background within IT.
We also expect you to take active accountability for your work and for the team’s performance to deliver high quality.
You will work closely in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Solution Architects, Managers and Product Owners as well as the team of course. You are a positive service minded team player contributing to the teams’ success.
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
