What you will be doing
 
SEB is looking for a Contract Manager to join our Digital Workplace Management Team in SEB Technology. The  teams provide a wide spread of Workplace Services (E.g. Digital collaboration tools, file, print, devices – with maintenance included) towards all employees around in SEB (more than 16K users in 20 countries).
We are now strengthening our team for our ongoing workplace modernization and our cloud transformation. As Contract Manager you will be responsible for all of Digital Workplace key contracts such as Hardware, Software and Outsourcing-contracts.  You will know and manage the contracts. Be responsible for implementing, maintaining and operating the contracts. Participates in the vendor management structure and work closely corresponding vendor managers and Outsourcing owner/Product owners.
 
You will be a part of a the Management team which consists of Team Managers, Architects and Change Lead. You will be a key participant in our ongoing workplace modernization transition.
 
Your primary responsibilities will include:

·      Drive the delivery from the supplier and the whole supply chain, the performance and the development of the service/product (i.e. the contracts)
·       Implementation and follow up key performance indicators (KPI), service levels (SLA) and operational risk indicators (KRI), including relevant reporting and escalations within SEB. Operational risk self-assessment to be performed regularly when applicable.
·       Co-ordinate business requirements and issues towards the vendor for the specific contract/s
·       Initiate change requests for changes in the contract, and participate in negotiations/re-negotiations
·       Ensure and follow up compliance of terms and conditions, including license compliance, adherence to the agreed information security levels
·       Financial follow-up of contract, including budget, forecast and actual spend
·       In case of a service classified as an outsourcing, have knowledge about and act in accordance with SEB's Outsourcing Instruction
·       When standard solutions are provided as cloud solutions, actively follow the development of the product/service provided in order to initiate necessary SEB adaptations
·       Have knowledge of and act according to SEB's Procurement Instruction and Sustainability Instruction
·       Have knowledge of SEB's Vendor Management Model, and apply relevant usage of Contract Manager Tools and Templates
 
Who we are looking for:
 
·       Good background in vendor and/or contract management
·       Have the understanding of Workplace Services and Service Delivery
·       Are a leader with ability to drive change via plans and cross-collaboration
·       Have the understanding of IT in a complex, fast-changing and demanding environment
·       Fluent in English

·       Working experience within Workplace Services
·       Working with outsourcing vendors
·       Experience from working with agile methodologies
·       Experience from working in international cross-functional teams.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000-4450 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
