The recently established Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function will further accelerate SEBs deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime.

As such we are establishing a Data Management team within FCP to grow these capabilities and we are now looking for a Technical Data Steward to join the team.

About the role:
The FCP Technical Data Steward role is responsible for supporting the FCP Data Management of the FCP Division covering Governance, Data Management with quality and alignment to FCP business objectives and desired outcomes.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
·     The FCP Technical Data Steward role is responsible for managing key initiatives under the FCP Data Program which aims to accelerate the divisions’ ability to become a Data-driven business.
·     Collect and prioritize all technical data requirements for the FCP function.
·     Design and implement a Data Structure for FCP and provide technical solutions to stakeholders.
·     Ensure adherence, adoption, and continuous improvement of data policies, standards, and practices across FCP.
·     Provide expertise to various areas of FCP in accessing FCP critical data from data producers and help resolve data integrity issues using Collibra.
·     Collaborate with the Systems and IT teams to design and implement data-sharing agreements and access protocols.
·     Guide the data producers and FCP stakeholders on how to enhance the accessibility of data from golden sources for Transaction monitoring, Know your customer (KYC), Sanctions, Screening, and Fraud. 
·     Ability to identify the most appropriate sources of Master Data based on the business functional usage​
·     Ability to drive new product approval committees and data decisions. 
·     Ability to understand data structure​ and to provide technical expertise to manage data
·     Ensure close collaboration between the Data Governance team with the FCP critical Business functions Group Data Management Office (GDMO) and the IT function.
·     Ability to design the ETL to extract the data and build a data governance program for FCP.
·     Ability to drive the change in the organization to be a data-driven organization and department.
 
Who you are?
To be successful in this position we see that you have:
·   Extensive previous experience working within a Data or IT function as a Technical Data Steward/Data Analyst or similar type of role.
·     Understanding of data governance key data elements and technical assets model and implement change procedures for owned data assets. ​
·     Monitor information access – oversee data entry, capture & maintenance for owned data assets​.
·     Enforce data standards of owned master data domains on an annual basis​
·     Experience in FCP business domain.
·     Analytical mind set to understand possible incidents with data and provide or design solutions to data producers.
·     Working knowledge of Collibra DQ will be advantageous.
·     Hand-on experience using programming languages such as Python/SQL/Scala/Big Query and data analysis role.
·     Ability to understand data solutions on Global Cloud platforms, and experience with migrating on-prem assets.
·     Working closely with subject matter experts to analyze the data requirements & produce a logical data model
·     Understanding of JSON and/or XML
