We seek an individual experienced in ICT risk management to work on developing and implementing ICT risk management practices as part of overall ICT Risk management framework. Responsibilities include evaluation of current ICT risk management processes, responsibilities, and tools, providing recommendations of needed improvements in alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs and driving implementation of needed changes.
You'll join the Baltic IT risk management team, reporting directly to the Baltic IT Risk Manager, and actively engage with stakeholders across organization and SEB Group to ensure effective risk management.
Working together with Baltic IT risk management team your responsibilities will include:
- Support organization with ICT risk management framework development, maintenance, and integration within Enterprise risk framework
- Enhance ICT Risk management processes to ensure that all ICT risks are identified, evaluated and properly treated
- Develop and maintain list of realistic ICT risk scenarios applicable to organization
- Set standard of ICT Controls, develop a process for monitoring of control implementation level and effectiveness
- Conduct ICT risk assessments and maintain ICT risk profile together with risk management action portfolio
- Develop and maintain system of IT metrics and Key Risk Indicators and perform regular IT KRI reports
- Monitor ICT Risk profile and perform reporting on aggregated risk levels
- Share expertise and insights supported by risk data and support soundness and quality of ICT risk management process
You’ll be the right fit if you have:
- 5 years of experience in ICT risk management, preferably in financial institutions or other regulated industry
- Competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, cloud computing, and business continuity management
- Good understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management
- Strong management skills and ability to drive implementation of risk management processes throughout organization
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills for interaction within all levels of organization
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
