Are you an experienced RPA developer with strong Blue Prism skills?
Join SEB’s Financing Services Automation Development team in Vilnius for a 1.5-year assignment (maternity cover) and help us accelerate our digitalization and automation journey. You’ll work on advanced robotic automation solutions, collaborate with SEB’s Robotics Centre of Excellence, and contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of financing. You will be working with 15 people in the department today with roles such as Automation Developer, Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, etc. located both in Vilnius and Solna, Stockholm.
About the role:
As an Automation Developer, you will work in a global environment with automation development changes of various types, sizes and complexity. Your focus area will be on advanced Robotic Automation solutions, but with strong interaction and integration with wider Process Automation toolbox. You will work in larger projects sometimes but mostly work with improvements in already existing customer journeys. In this position you will also help to onboard teams in new ways of working when implementing new automation tools such as robots and process orchestration.
You will work closely with different operations teams and SEB´s Robotics Centre of Excellence team as well as other development specialist roles to clarify and communicate the process automation scope and impact.
As an Automation Developer you will be responsible for:
- Validating process opportunities, advising on their feasibility, and supporting the articulation of the process requirements
- Developing test and process automation in collaboration with relevant process roles according to a defined operating model and SAFe methodology
- Securing proper support, incident, problem and change management for deployed process automations
- Drive R&D to expand out toolbox and best practices, support the evaluation of new process automation tools and capabilities
- Act as ambassador to raise awareness of automation in SEB
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Proven track record with automation in Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate.
- Excellent understanding of process automation using RPA or RDA solutions.
- Excellent understanding of a developer’s mindset and coding principles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters to different audiences, including non-technical ones.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high sense for details and structure.
- Excellent level of English proficiency.
- Ability to fit into a highly collaborative and fast-paced, Agile environment with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Working experience with object-oriented programming would be considered a strong plus.
- Educational background in a related field like Computer Science or Software Engineering would be considered a strong plus.

€2,750 - €5,050 a month
The above indicated monthly salary range for this position is before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
