We are currently looking for an addition to our Active Directory (AD) team, a coordinator, with focus on federation and multi factor authentication (MFA)within the Development Solutions & Infrastructure (DSI) area.
The main objective for the Active Directory team is to provide Active Directory services including Single Sign On (SSO)Federations and MFA functionality. This to get safe logon to external Saas applications as well as internal.
About the role
You will join a team of engineers that maintain and develop the Active Directory and Entra Id functionalities. We now need to strengthen the team with a new supporting role. This supporting role will assist the team to prepare and coordinate the work with external and internal clients.
This is to speed up the process of onboarding the clients in a safe and maintainable way.
Today the engineers spend a lot of time in meetings teaching and telling clients what to do, we hope that this resource will help out in this work.
You will be:
• The AD-team's representative in SaaS Integrator forums. You will advise and coordinate new SaaS implementations together with SaaS integrator.
• Support our stakeholder to enable secure, stable, and trusted SaaS integrations between SEB and the third party.
• Support internal stakeholders in MFA implementation.
• Responsible for collecting and preparing the data needed for the Engineers to be able to do the setup.

To succeed in your role as Federation and MFA coordinator, you are an outward and social person thriving in making connections and understand our stakeholders' needs and to succeed with their business implementations.
Since this position will include a lot of collaborations with our entire tech organization, we expect you to find it easy working together with colleagues and are keen on finding good solutions for every need. We believe you need to have the following abilities to succeed in this role:
• Experience of Entra Id and Cloud solutions, while also being curious to learn new things.
• Ability to work with technical resources, understand their needs and coordinate their efforts to design and deliver the solution.
• Ability to work with business users, understand their needs and translate those needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work with technicians, delegating workload and ensuring team efficiency - leadership.
• Interest in learning the needed technical details to be able to support.
