We are currently looking for an L&D Partner with strong facilitation skills and a genuine interest in the above topics to strengthen our team.

About the job
The overall purpose of HR is to “release the potential of people, leaders and teams through forward-thinking, simple tools & clear communication”. In practice, SEB should be able to attract and develop the right people with the right competence for the right positions, long-term. Learning, leadership and organisational development are therefore prioritised areas within SEB.
In your role as L&D Partner, you will drive the Learning & Development agenda for TECH in close co-operation with the business and colleagues within HR. From agreed prioritisations, for example Strategic Workforce Planning and quarterly divisional Learning & Development Boards, you will focus on driving strategic and tactical learning, leadership and organisational development assignments.
An important part of the role will include facilitations of management teams/other teams both within TECH, but also throughout SEB. Facilitations will include themes as; leadership and team development, cross-collaboration and change journeys. To identify and capture relevant learning and facilitation needs and come up with ideas for how to meet those needs will be key. To include, motivate and cross-collaborate with colleagues and strong stakeholder management will be other keys to success, as will influencing activities around our current and future leadership offering and activities towards building a continuous learning culture.

To succeed and thrive in this position, you will need to have competence to drive strategic transformation journeys. Your ability to build relationships, influence and inspire on all levels is crucial in an increasingly complex environment. You also contribute to creating a psychologically-safe work environment and at the same time take the lead in our transformation journey. You have a great passion for driving the learning, leadership and organisational development strategy in SEB. Part of your job is to set the divisional budget for L&D-investments for TECH with relevant stakeholders. A relevant university degree and experience from a similar role within organisational development is required as is great experience from facilitation management teams.
We believe that you as candidate have acquired leadership experience and possess a can-do attitude. Experience from a consultancy will be regarded as beneficial. We would highly value your personality as prestigeless, curious and innovative, both in new ways of working and in using technical tools. Furthermore, you communicate in a pedagogical way, in both Swedish and English and you have the ability to influence as well as to include and motivate your colleagues. You also need to have a strong drive of your own as well as being a great team player.
