Markets is a unit of a Corporate Banking division at SEB bank, that provides intermediation in financial markets, research, and risk management services for the main asset classes – FX, Interest rates and commodities. By working with complex financial instruments in ever-changing markets, we help our clients not only execute transactions, but also better understand the environment in which we operate and manage the risks involved.
Markets Sales team helps our clients and colleagues to understand and use financial instruments and market risk management solutions from introduction to execution.
Currently we are looking for a new team member – Dealer at Markets Sales.
Your role will involve:
- executing spot and derivative transactions for currency, fixed income, and commodity markets
- designing and presenting financial risk management solutions to clients
- holding close relationship with clients
- keeping track of clients’ business changes and evaluating their financial risks
- observing the financial market trends and sharing with clients
- cooperating with other bank’s units
- pursuing continuous improvement and achieving set objectives
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- higher education degree (ideally in economics, finance, or exact sciences)
- deep understanding of financial products and services, constantly interested in financial markets
- ability to swiftly analyse a large volume of information, you are analytical and thorough
- excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- client-focused and results-oriented mindset and well organized
- ability to cope with stress, work in a dynamic environment, and are a team person
- fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English skills
- acquired or planning to acquire CFA, ACI, FRM certificate, financial broker or BFAA Investment consultant license soon

€2,800 - €4,200 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
