About the job
Accounts & Payments is undergoing a major transformation from a business and market as well as from an architectural perspective. As an experienced Solution Architect with solid knowledge of modern data centric architecture and agile ways of working, you will be a vital part of our community driving the Accounts & Payments agenda in the bank. We are now accelerating the journey to become more data driven and take advantage of the capabilities of the information platform when building the Accounts & Payments products and services of the future. We are therefore looking for a Solution Architect who can drive this architectural transformation towards the future target together with other architects, for example leading the architecture transition to Google Cloud for our data and reporting area.
 

Your focus:

    • Be a part of setting, continuously improve and implement the target architecture within an assigned area in line with the business objectives;
    • Guide and support development and delivery teams both on a strategic and operative level; 
    • You will cooperate with people from Business, Operations, to IT infrastructure and other architects within SEB;
    • Your work will involve a high degree of complexity, both from a technology perspective and from a people and process perspective;
    • You will be involved in different kind of questions from core ledgers to front-end applications, APIs and event driven architecture;
    • You will belong to the Shared Service Business Analysis and Architecture team and report to the team manager for that team and will be guided by Domain Architecture group and be part of the architecture community within the area. 

Your profile:

    • You have experience from data management and modern data architecture with experience of both streaming and big data solutions and technologies (experience from the financial sector or cash management area would be considered as an advantage);
    • You have worked with legacy systems and modern techniques and understanding how to tie them together in the best possible way to fulfill the business requirements;
    • Experienced in stakeholder management and possess clear cooperation skills and still maintaining a strong hands-on drive and a goal-oriented approach;
    • Well founded in the IT area and your proposals are based on a solid understanding of existing IT solutions considering possibilities of new technology;
    • Can combine a pragmatic approach with a creative and innovative mindset to find best solutions to business challenges;
    • You need to be fluent in English and have a well-developed oral and written communication skills where you easily understand and interact with both business and IT. 

Would be considered as advantage, if you have:

    • Experience from the financial sector and cash management area;
    • Worked with Google Cloud or other cloud solutions;
    • Experience with Microservices;
    • Any certifications or architecture methodologies experience.

€4,800 - €7,200 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
