About the role:
You will be a part of professional team in Expenses Management Services Department, which is accountable for smooth procurement process according to policies, internal controls, accounting principles and procedures. Together with other team members, you will be supporting SEB employees with questions related to purchasing, contracts registration, procurement reporting.
As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Providing support related to procurement process
- Assisting with contract management and administration
- Ensuring the stability of procurement system and information accuracy
- Analyzing invoices and adapting Purchase Order functionalities for company’s suppliers
- Participating in projects and other initiatives when required
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in procurement process related areas
- Accuracy and attentiveness to details
- Open-minded and positive, proactive team player attitude
- Ability to cooperate with team and work independently
- Great communication skills in English

€1,750 - €2,500 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
