Are you passionate about providing high-class service and ready to leverage your banking experience in a friendly team? If so, we have an exciting opening for you as Client Service Partner to strengthen our Client Service team in Luxembourg for a period of one year.

About the role
You will be part of an international, positive, and customer-oriented team consisting of highly experienced Client Executives and Client Service Partners working closely with some of the wealthiest Nordic and German private individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices residing abroad.
 
As a Client Service Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of service using all parts of the SEB Group. You will work closely together with the Client Executives and other dedicated specialists (Active Traders, Wealth Planners and Credit Advisors).
 
Your responsibilities also include the following but are not limited to:
·         Playing a key role in the customer team in order to deliver an outstanding service to some of SEB’s most important customers
·         Communicating proactively with customers and coordinating their requests across departments
·         Being responsible for the everyday banking part of the relationship
·         Receiving and executing orders, as well as helping customers with their instructions and requests
·         Guiding and accompanying our customers through our digital offering while being a motivated promoter of our E-Bank system.

To be successful as a Client Service Partner at Private Wealth Management & Family Office Luxembourg, you need to have excellent relationship skills and a customer-focused mindset which is reflected in your proactive way of working. You always put customer satisfaction first and act in a service minded manner while having a pragmatic approach towards the clients.
 
In addition to the above, you possess the following qualities:
·         Experience in an international private banking environment or having worked with Private Banking customers would be an asset
·         Team player, which allows you to collaborate efficiently cross departments
·         Flexibility towards work with an ability to quickly adapt to any work situation
·         Structured and organised with the ability to manage your time and deliver work within deadlines
·         Willingness to continuously develop and improve processes and ways of working
·         Open-minded and forward-looking approach towards work
·         Excellent verbal and written language skills both in Swedish and English; any other languages are considered as an advantage.
