About the role

As Business Advisor you will work closely with the Country Manager and senior management in Finland. You will be supporting strategic initiatives and development projects for SEB in Finland. You will be closely involved in site steering work by driving different business divisions focus areas, as well as driving communication on strategy and business performance. Your role also involves preparing analysis and presentation materials for the purpose of strategy work and communication about the Finnish business in internal and external contexts. In this role you will obtain a great overall view to SEB’s business and operations in Finland.

Analytical mindset, proactivity and strong drive and eagerness to explore new business opportunities as well as how the financial industry is developing and what are trends among our client industries will be important in this role. You will be actively working with colleagues in the divisions and geographies who work with strategy and business projects. Similarly, you will work with a wide range of functions locally.

To succeed in your role with us you have an analytical mindset, systematic approach to work and interest for doing strategy work. You have a strong commitment to deliver and ability to initiate, lead and drive various initiatives simultaneously. We appreciate that you have good team player skills as well as networking skills. Having a strategic mindset in all activities is important.

You have a university degree and relevant business experience combined with good analytical, communication and presentation skills. You enjoy learning new things and take responsibility for your own development. You have fluent written and spoken skills in English and Finnish. Knowledge in Swedish is an asset.
