SEB is a leading international financial services group with incredible customer bases among both private individuals and organisations.
SEB Luxembourg branch serves as the hub for Private Banking services to Nordic nationals living abroad. It is also the base for many of SEB’s funds and offers global custody and related depositary services to financial institutions. The Luxembourg branch comprise 170 employees with over 25 nationalities.
We are now looking for a receptionist for a fixed contract of 12 months, full time with start immediately.

What you will be doing:

As a first point of contact, you will promote the Bank’s image through providing world-class service to external and internal customers and visitors.
You will be part of a team of two who’s main responsibilities are:
·         Proactively manage and ensure the smooth running of the reception and customer meeting room area.
·         Answering to the switchboard.
·         Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.
·         Provide administrative support such as e.g. schedule and coordinate meetings, booking of taxis and ad hoc office administration.

What we expect:

We are looking for a positive, service minded receptionist. To be successful in this position, you should be punctual, have strong organisational skills, be able to multitask and be committed.

Excellent skills in English are required (spoken and written). Any Nordic language is considered as an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
