We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Identification and Signing team. Within our department we build centralized and scalable Identity and Access Management services, supporting smooth customer journeys and strengthening the security for all customer segments.

What you will be doing
You will be employed as a Product Specialist at SEB and acting as a Business Analyst within the Identification and Signing Agile Release Train (ART), where you will work closely with the Product Owner team and three IT Solution Delivery Teams located in Stockholm and Vilnius. You will also work closely with stakeholders across SEB. You will be a part of the ART Management team.
You will have a lot of focus on our Bank ID services, but also on our integrated centralized services for identification, signing and issuing. Data Management and Information modelling is a current focus within the area and experience with this is seen as a big plus.
As a Business Analyst within Identification and Signing you will be the link between business and IT, with a mission to translate business needs into requirements for the development teams. You will work both on a strategic and in-depth and technical level.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this position you are a team player that puts the success of the team and ART as your top prioritization. You are structured and comfortable with coordinating and driving analysis work and can produce requirement documentation for the development teams as well as decision material for the ART management team.
- You have a strong IT background and interest, as well a curiosity to learn more! You have a good capability of understanding and describing business and regulatory needs.
- You have experience from working with processes and digital development, and you find it engaging to work with technology and in an agile and cross-functional environment.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
