About the role: We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) specialist that has a genuine interest in process automation practices and tools. You will be a part of Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) team which has a goal to facilitate efficient, compliant and transparent business processes by driving Workflow community of practice and delivering Workflow solutions. As QA specialist you will be working with Workflow solution developers building new applications, guiding the way of working and supporting/mentoring other team’s Workflow initiatives on our strategic IBM BAW Platform.
As Quality Assurance specialist you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high quality product to our stakeholders, setting quality standards and consistent quality strategy
- Identifying weaknesses and inconsistencies in the product at all project stages
- Providing comprehensive information about the level of quality of a product
- Testing the product during all phases of the software development lifecycle and after
- Sharing insightful knowledge with Solution Architects, Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and other stakeholders
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Practical experience in QA field
- Overall strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in test automation is good to have
- Ability to challenge routine and repetitive tasks
- Willingness and ability to take ownership
- Great collaboration, communication skills and fluency in English

Monthly salary range for this position: 2600-4000 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
