About the role:
As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Middle Office group, you will be accountable for managing critical data assets, controls and reporting in financial instruments area that highly impact bank’s trading and investment activities.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting to authorities (EMIR, MiFID II, APA, etc.)
- Onboarding and setup - setting up new financial instruments, clients, limits, counterparties and markets in the systems
- Data enrichment - enhancing static data with additional information such as corporate actions, data quality control, verifying the accuracy of financial information related to trading activities, including pricing, valuation using Bloomberg and Refinitiv systems
- Compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Maintaining documentation of Middle Office procedures
To succeed in this position, you need to have:
- Good analytical skills and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Sense of responsibility for assigned tasks and deliveries
- Interest in banking and knowledge of capital markets instruments, including equities, bonds, fixed income, derivatives (working experience in a field would be an advantage)
- Willingness to learn and master new bank systems and processes in-depth
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Positive and can-do attitude towards challenges and new ways of working
- Fluent in Lithuanian and advanced knowledge in English language
- Baltic Financial Advisors Association’s IA or IIP qualification would be an advantage

€2,000 - €3,250 a month
(before tax deduction)
The final offer and position will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
