About the role:
As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation unit, you will support compensation processes such as variable pay, base salary, and reporting. You will manage a broad range of daily administrative and operational tasks, contribute to process improvements, and support system maintenance. The role encourages proactivity and independence while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius.

As HR Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for:

    • Executing daily and regular HR operations within your area
    • Performing monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks based on work instructions
    • Following up on cases in the case management system
    • Supporting projects and initiatives with needed input
    • Maintaining and updating work instructions as required
    • Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and high‑quality results
    • Identifying and suggesting process improvements
    • Collaborating with team members across HR to handle user requests professionally
    • Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Participating in testing new tools
    • Sharing knowledge within the team

    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Previous experience working with HR administration is a plus
    • Previous experience in the financial field is a plus

€1,950 - €2,800 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
