About the role
As a DevSecOps Engineer you will work with modern development environments. Join us and be a part of our highly skilled Platform engineering team of DevSecOps Engineers building and maintaining shared software and infrastructure used by our delivery teams at SEB Life & Pension. 
 
At SEB Life and Pension you will, among other things, work with:
• Set-up, own and govern the internal development platform as a product based on inner source concepts.
• Develop core components, set-up pipelines and other infrastructure used by delivery teams within our organization.
• Build and maintain software development tools.
• Support in implementing SSDLC in the organization.  
• Support in implementing Contract first design in the organization.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• You have experience from working in enabler- or platform teams. 
• You have experience from working with SSDLC, Contract first design and inner source concept. 
• You have good communication skills in English.  
• You have the ability to share your knowledge and experiences. 
• You have a proactive mindset, and a desire to learn new things.
• You are skilled at understanding the needs of other developers, preferably you have an engineering background.
• You have an academic background within Computer Science, Data, Engineering or equivalent.
• Beneficial with experience from life and insurance products.

We see that you have worked with or touched some of these areas:
• Experience with writing automation scripts/tools. 
• Linux, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python or similar).
• Container and Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• On-prem: OpenShift. 
• CI/CD: GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• GCP or other providers.
• GitOps.
• ArgoCD.
