As a Business advisor, you will:

    • Play a crucial role in shaping and driving the SEB Global Services strategy and facilitating the execution of business plans. 
    • Act as a liaison between the Head of Global Services and other key stakeholders, including internal departments, local SEB banks and SEB Group organization in Sweden and other geographies. 
    • Lead and support strategic projects and key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. 
    • Provide expert advice and support to the Head of Global Services on a wide range of issues, including operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. 
    • Conduct comprehensive analyses on global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Prepare and present reports to senior management for making informed decisions.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Significant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on global services. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
    • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to visualize complex information. 
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead through influence and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred, fluent English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3800 - 5600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
