SEB is looking for an experienced communications professional for the role of Human Resources Communication Officer within our Narrative & Engagement team. You will be developing the strategic internal communication plan for HR, as well as hands-on executing on it.

About the role:
You will be part of an experienced team of communication professionals, and report to the Head of Narrative & Engagement. The Narrative & Engagement team is responsible for SEB’s internal communication on group level, of which a key part is to inform, inspire and engage employees in strategically important themes such as SEB’s long term-strategy and business plan, SEB’s purpose and behaviours, sustainability, the bank’s role in society as well empowering employees for a customer centric approach.

As an HR communicator, you will, together with your colleagues in HR and Group Communication, set and develop the internal communication plan for HR, as well as hands-on executing on it. The HR communication supports with areas such as attracting and retaining talent, inclusion & diversity, developing leaders, creating a flexible workplace, and enabling employees to continuously learn and develop.

The role and delivery of HR communication includes:
 Set and follow-up the HR communication strategy in line with SEB’s people plan and Group communication strategy.
 Drive the people agenda and employee perspective in strategic events and Group communication.
 Support process owners in creating content for intranet news, intranet pages, manager news, newsletters, and other communication channels. This includes the assessment, planning, writing, and publishing of articles and content in other formats, as well as ensuring a coherent approach and optimised outcome across communication channels.
 Align, advise, and coordinate HR-related communication and support in making HR’s key messages clear & understandable.
You will work closely with other colleagues within Group Brand, Marketing and Communication and HR, including Talent Management, Employer Branding, as well as the bank’s other divisions and functions, experts, and other stakeholders.
As a member of the Narrative & Engagement team, you will also be part of Group communication projects within the bank’s strategically important themes mentioned above.

These responsibilities include: 
• Supporting with content and messaging in a wide range of channels and formats, such as strategic events, the bank’s financial communication as well as internal and external communication channels.
• Coordinating content in strategically important themes such as SEB’s long term-strategy and business plan, SEB’s purpose and behaviours and sustainability.
• Aligning internal and external communication, in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Assisting with key messages and communication plans in the event of issues or crises.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Between 3-7 years of experience within communication, preferably in a listed company or financial institution. Ideally, you have previous experience from human resources communication as well as editorial experience. You should have excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English, and an academic education in journalism, public relations, communication, economics, human resources, political science or other related fields. The ideal candidate is curious, a fast learner and constantly willing to take on new challenges. It is important to have a collaborative, strategic and operational mindset. In addition, the ideal candidate is proactive, driven, analytical, well-structured and can handle many projects in parallel, while meeting deadlines.
