About the role:
Control Center is a first line support function, with a continuous monitoring and operation services 24 hours per day,7 days of the week and 365 days per year. The team consists of 18 operators that contribute to ensuring a robust and stable technology environment of the whole of SEB. We are supporting applications and all IT platforms throughout the bank. Control Center are part of Technology, specifically Digital Workplace, IT Automation & Quality (DWAQ). We are now looking for a Control Center Operator to join the team.
 
Being a part of the team, where you contribute to continuous improvement. The position also includes stakeholder and vendor contact, both in Swedish and English. Other tasks this role entails are monitoring application and infrastructure events, identifying, isolating and resolving alarms, register and assign incidents, service desk tasks, request fulfilment such as urgent access, restoration of files, acute errors and password problems. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Knowledge of one or several of our IT platforms, eg Windows, Unix/Linux, Mainframe, iSeries, Network, Storage
    • Solid experience from customer contact
    • Great communication skills in both Swedish and English
    • It is meritorious if you have good knowledge about SEB. IWS and JCL knowledge is also desired
