What you will be doing?
We are looking for new member to the team of Baltic Product Development and Technology Common Functions. Common Functions is creating the rules for different disciplines in IT Service Management among others that is Identity and Access Management. 

As a Head of Identity and Access Management:

    • You will create and own the strategy for the area and lead the implementation of strategy together with colleagues from IT security, IT Services and Product Development teams
    • You are expected to have good understanding of IAM foundations and technology trends, fluency through acronyms like MFA, RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, AD, IGA
    • You are familiar with complex task management and you are able to work in complex stakeholder environment
    • You are very comfortable with complex governance setup that will support large organization with secure controls of IAM

    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to run long term projects lead by example stakeholders;
    • Experienced in planning and project management;
    • Exceptional knowledge of security of identity and access management;
    • Knowledge and experience in modern management skills of Agile and Lean management is very strong advantage;
    • Willingness and ability to work in diverse team and environment;
    • Inner driver to describe discipline matter and document that fluently;
    • Fluent in spoken and written English. English is required as you will be working and collaborating with Baltic teams

€3,600 - €5,400 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
