Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB Bank. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects, including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship. How great is that?
You will join a Business Reporting Solutions team that turns complex data into clear, actionable insights for the organization.
We focus on building modern BI solutions and interactive visualizations using the WebFOCUS platform.
You will contribute to data analysis, backlog refinement, and the creation of new reports and dashboards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with the team to update documentation and maintain project materials;
- Assist in analysing data and preparing simple reports;
- Help test and review reporting solutions to ensure data accuracy;
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Studying IT related bachelor's or Master’s degree;
- Basic understanding of SQL (ability to read and interpret SQL queries; hands-on experience is an advantage);
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Fluent in Estonian and English;
- Outgoing & positiveteam player with can-do attitude;
- Able to manage your time & prioritize.

€1,050 - €1,300 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
