Payment Services is a department responsible for payment processing, investigations, and customer support. We are also highly involved in the changes of the payment market and infrastructure globally and within SEB by working on system requirements, changing our processes, and testing new solutions.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating a various business development initiatives related to market-drive or internally driven change agenda to ensure successful deliveries.
- Analyzing and communicating the impact of planned changes on existing and new processes, tools, or services.
- Suggesting implementation strategy and desired future state, driving implementation.
- Analyzing possibilities of automation with the help of Scripting, Robotics and True Automation to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk and deliver value.
- Building long-term relationships with stakeholders across business, product management and technology.
- Being primary contact for core requirements for development initiatives. Ensure that core requirements are managed and implemented.
- Securing User Acceptance test needs, organizing resources and execution of tests.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Experience in participating in large and complex change initiatives or projects
    • At least 5 years’ experience in banking industry
    • Strong knowledge in process optimization
    • Ability to set process area strategy
    • Proven ability to analyze, prioritize and track record of delivering results
    • Experience to set structure of process documentation
    • Skills of a good team player with ability to establish and develop relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across countries and divisions
    • Ability to capture and analyze data to present and communicate to various stakeholders in structured way (for idea sharing, decision making, innovation and/or project management)

    • ISO standard knowledge in payments and Cash Management knowledge is considered an advantage.

€2,500 - €3,700 a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
