What you will be doing:
Would you like to be a part of professional and enthusiastic team and deep dive into KYC/AML area within Customer Data Profiling team in SEB Baltics? If yes, then this is the right opportunity for you!
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated team member who is ready to contribute to one of the key focus areas for the bank.
In order to be successful in this position we believe you are creative thinking, can lead and drive various initiatives across Baltics. The role requires a hands-on executor approach and strong business orientation. Cross-collaboration with other SEB teams, focus and accuracy with timely delivery are the essences of our daily work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Active involvement and contribution to various business projects and initiatives related to customer data and KYC/AML area;
- Executing, coordinating, and supporting IT developments and relevant process changes;
- Take part in the full development cycle from analyzing and writing the requirements to testing developments;
- Drive business developments in an agile way and self-manage deliveries;
- Support organization and stakeholders in our area of responsibility.
You’ll be the right fit if you have
- Experience in business analysis is a must (preferably in KYC area);
- Project management, technical knowledge and working in an agile is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and holistic process view;
- Solution-oriented mindset and drive to make a difference;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- Positive and energetic personality;
- Fluent English, spoken and written, as you will be working within an international team.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 – 3000 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
