About the role
As a performance manager you will join the department responsible for AML Transaction Monitoring (TM) and investigations within Financial Crime prevention area to optimize our global performance management process, lead strategy development, ensure accountability in TM Riga, and drive innovation for efficiency. Supporting management with KPI and KRI oversight and delivering insightful reports for key forums will also be expected from You in this position.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Project or process management experience in AML, transaction monitoring or other related areas.
    • Proven ability to set and follow up on targets related to performance.
    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, networking, and collaboration skills.
    • Coaching and change management skills will be great assets for this role.
    • Excellent analytical skills, including ability to understand and analyze process related information.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2500 - 3700 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate*. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
