Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Set up leasing contracts in the internal systems, ensure accurate and timely initiation of the lease period, and oversee the entire lifecycle of the lease agreement.
Payment Processing: Conduct payments to suppliers and manage invoicing for customers from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with transaction managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders through emails and calls to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
Lifecycle Management: Monitor the lease throughout its duration, apply necessary changes, and ensure a seamless termination process.
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Have experience with financing products, particularly in leasing, which would be a valuable advantage.
- Have analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information and tasks.
- Have great communication skills and fluency in English.
- Are a team player with a strong customer focus.
- Are able to organize and structure own work and support the team.
- Are creative and seek to improve processes and ways of working.
- Have knowledge of data analysis, which would be considered an advantage.

€2,150 - €3,250 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
