About the Role: 
As a Recruitment risk specialist in Talent Management, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, developing, and monitoring background checks and other compliance-related risks within the recruitment process across the Baltic countries. 

As a Recruitment Risk Specialist, you will:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring our processes align with current and future needs, regulatory requirements, and provide an excellent candidate experience. 
    • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team in the Baltic region, as well as with other internal stakeholders across SEB. 
    • Act as the primary contact for external suppliers involved in immigration and background checks, ensuring seamless and effective processes. 
    • Handle GDPR-related requests, investigating and resolving issues, and coordinating with privacy and legal experts. 
    • Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at mitigating risks and ensuring compliance within Talent Management. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have/are:

    • 3-5 years of experience in HR, legal, risk or compliance areas
    • Critical thinker with an analytical mindset who can identify key issues, provide valuable insights, and drive positive change 
    • Strong stakeholder and people relationship management skills 
    • Able to challenge the status quo constructively and communicate clearly
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (knowledge of Lithuanian would be an advantage) 
    • Independent with strong self-motivation, while also being an excellent team player. 
    • Previous experience working with Background Checks is advantageous.

€2,600 - €3,900 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
