Financing Services add value and improve the customer experience by providing frictioness and efficient services to all SEB customers. We are involved in almost all main customer deliveries in the financing area; mortgages, bankloans, leasing and syndicated loans. 

As a Risk Manager at Financing Services, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues, working with different types of changes in the financing area. In our dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to work with teams and collegues in Stockholm and Vilnius as well as some international sites and play a key role in ensuring that we work in the best way with non financial risk. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard our business interests and maintain regulatory compliance.. We also do have several external partnership that we need to ensure that they are compliant as well. 

- Experince in develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures,.

- Conducted comprehensive risk assessments.

- Experience in analyze market trends, economic indicators, and other external factors to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.

- Experince in collaborating with internal teams to evaluate the risk implications of new products, initiatives, and strategic decisions.

- Experience in monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics to identify emerging risks and trends.

- Prepared regular risk reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

- Certification in risk management is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in risk management tools and software.
