About the role:
We are looking for a Team Manager of Equities Settlement team. Equities Settlement team is one of the six teams belonging to Equites Services department. The team is responsible for trade settlement of Cash Equities, Equity Swaps and Securities Lending products. The team consists of 16 employees and supports multiple geographies globally.

What you will be doing:
- Overseeing team performance and ensuring tactical and financial planning for the team;
- Developing team towards more agile and efficient way of working;
- Leading, supporting, and developing the team members;
- Working closely with the business partners and have a regular dialogue on improvement;
- Contributing with your cooperation to the accomplishment of the department’s mutual goals.
Who we are looking for:
- Strong drive and ability to take ownership of the business area;
- Collaborative and customer-centric mind set;
- Very good communication skills and fluency in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries;
- Proven leadership skills in how to inspire, challenge and lead;
- Passion to develop people;
- High risk awareness;
- Understanding of equities or equities-related products, processes, and market conditions.
€2,500 - €3,700 a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
