Are you passionate about the changing regulatory environment and its impact on the financial industry? Great! We are now looking for a person that wants to work with regulatory reporting and lead upcoming regulatory changes. 

We are now looking for a new Report Owner within the Reporting Obligation Oversight team. The Reporting obligation Oversight team has the main responsibility to oversite and govern the trading regulatory reporting obligations.

As a Report Owner you will work in a global environment within our division Large Corporates & Financial institutions.

About the role
·  You will be responsible to execute on a long-term strategic agenda and lead coordination of the challenges SEB is facing on a day-to day basis
·  This is an opportunity for you to utilize your banking experience, preferably regulatory, as well as skills to collaborate closely with our business management in terms of global regulatory changes
·  You will drive changes, promote, and constantly improve our regulatory compliance with high quality solutions and managed risks
·  You will be able to identify issues, prioritize, and help the regulatory reporting office in different regulatory matters
·  The team also advises our business partners to ensure that the regulatory reporting agenda is properly governed, prioritized and driven
·  You will attend industry forums to represent and engage in complex global discussions

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Several years of experience in the financial industry and deep understanding of the financial capital market products, preferably combined with some experience of legal/compliance-related work in daily operations. You are solution oriented, you like innovation and constant change. Preferable if you have documented experience of leading different change initiatives. We also see that you have experience and interest in Regulatory Reporting matters. 

You can see the big picture whilst maintaining attention to details. You are comfortable working with set deadlines and deliver result in accordance. You are collaborative, communicative, supportive, empathic, and determined with high integrity. You are passionate about helping and inspire people in a high performing team.  

You have an academic degree in Finance, Business, Legal or equivalent. Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written with excellent communication abilities is necessary. Experience from regulations impacting the financial Industry such as e.g., MiFID, EMIR or SFTR is a merit.
