About the role
As an ERP Developer, you'll be a key expert on the Oracle Cloud platform, playing a crucial role in supporting our Finance functions with Oracle tools. Your responsibilities will include designing and configuring Oracle solutions tailored to best practices for our business.

You'll ensure our Oracle processes align perfectly with business needs, vigilantly monitoring and fine-tuning systems for optimal performance. You'll also be at the forefront of problem-solving and incident management, making a real impact on our operational success.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Have a couple of years of experience in configuring and developing Oracle ERP solutions.
• A background in accounting or other finance-related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex information effectively. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Have strong communication skills and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Academic background within Computer Science or equivalent.

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• A strong eagerness to learn and work with Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, PBCS etc).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with .NET programming is a plus.
