We are looking for an ESG Data Analyst to help drive impactful sustainability initiatives through lens of data. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop ESG data solutions, provide insights, and support decision-making that advances SEB’s sustainability agenda. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing ESG data across diverse areas, including sustainable finance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Assisting in ESG data collection, validation, and analysis for internal and external reporting.
- Understanding business needs related to ESG data, compiling and analyzing datasets
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ESG data tools and frameworks.
- Assisting in the coordination of ESG data-related initiatives and projects.
- Providing input in IT infrastructure development processes, including defining ESG-related data requirements.
- Supporting other teams on ESG data-related inquiries and assisting in stakeholder communication.
- Helping to comply with various data requirements (e.g. GDPR)
You will be a great fit if you have:
- A strong interest in sustainability, particularly in financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, including structuring, processing, and interpreting datasets.
- Experience with project coordination or working in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks in a structured manner.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the development of ESG data capabilities within SEB Baltics
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar (considered an advantage).
- Some knowledge of ESG-related regulations, sustainability reporting, or financial data analysis (considered an advantage).

€3,000 - €4,500 a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
