About the role:
You will be a part of a professional team, accountable for providing Receivables and Supply Chain Finance Services and protecting the interests of SEB Corporate customers while maintaining the highest level of service. We are performing administrative processes delivering support to our business partners and stakeholders. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.
Your team will be responsible for handling lifecycle processes of Receivables and Supply Chain Finance products such as customer onboarding, amendments, reconciliation of outgoing and incoming payments. As a Team Manager you will lead the team of 12 employees and have full responsibility for the staff and delivery in your team.

As a Team manager you will be responsible for:

    • Leading and coaching the team
    • Supporting and providing constant feedback for your direct employees
    • Planning, steering & supporting team development
    • Strongly focusing on timely and quality service delivery
    • Supporting your team in removing obstacles
    • Taking part in change journey and building high performing team
    • Building & maintaining collaboration with your partners and stakeholders
    • Mitigating and handling risk

€3,000 - €4,600 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
