As an Payment Support specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Taking ownership of all payment related questions of our Large Corporate customers which includes many of the largest companies in Nordic countries
    • Daily communication with clients and colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, UK and other countries
    • Providing insights and perspectives to influence operating decisions
    • Continuously and in a proactive way developing a deep understanding of client’s needs and processes in cash management area
    • Setting and managing client expectations and taking ownership of the problem
    • Handling contingency coordination and supporting clients in case they are experiencing contingency situation
    • Performing client analysis and collaborate with our large corporate clients on necessary changes to improve the payment processing automation rate.

We are looking for:

    • Ability to develop and grow client relationships and find a solution non-standard situations
    • Ability to make decisions and conduct difficult conversations
    • Proven strong service orientation
    • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of payment products and processes will be considered as an advantage.
    • Fluent English (both written and verbal)

Monthly salary range: 1400 - 1740 EUR before tax deduction. Please note that the offer for the final candidate* will depend on the experience and competencies of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
* Candidate must meet the requirements of Article 34.5 of the Credit Institution Law
