What you will be doing
You will be part of the agile cross-country team who is in charge of monitoring and analysing the current global Talent Acquisition processes, challenging the current ways of working within SEB’s globally used LeverTRM IT solution and suggesting and implementing the developments needed thereof as well as educating and supporting the end-users. You will also have a chance to join in other Talent management projects such as Talent pool and performance management as well as Employee opinion surveys.

As a Process Expert you will be responsible for:

    • Recruitment process workflow monitoring in LeverTRM IT solution,
    • Non-technical backlogs, user mistakes identification and handling,
    • Providing end user education & instructions,
    • Acting as a 2nd line of user support,
    • Collecting, analysing and presenting the needs for process review, solution development and/or user education.

Who we are looking for

    • University education (bachelor degree)
    • Experience in customer service, business support or operational role (experience in HR area would be an advantage)
    • Curiosity and natural interest to test and try new technologies or features to ease system end-users’ work
    • Ability to multitask yet have an overall process view at the back of the mind
    • Ability to generate user education content from development notes, business requirements and analysis of support cases
    • Willingness to suggest new ideas and take ownership for its implementation
    • Customer oriented mindset
    • Excellent command in English

Monthly salary range for this position: 1550 - 2350 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
