We are seeking a skilled and high performing Program Manager to lead exiting and complex programs at SEB. You will play a pivotal role in leading SEB programs targeting digitalization, new and improved products, staying compliant with emerging regulations and much more.

You will be long to the central project team within Group CIO, which focuses on technology to ensure the future of banking, with a forward-leaning mind-set and work in areas such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and data management.
Role responsibilities includes;
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, managing dependencies and risk efficiently.
· Securing the right prioritization, coordinating the project´s progress and proactively identify and address impediments to ensure delivery
· Lead and interact with stakeholders, vendors and partners
· Collaborate with a project sponsor, usually a senior business manager
· Utilize agile frameworks, to guide and coach teams to achieve their full potential
Qualifications needed to succeed in this role;
· Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale programs
· 10+ years of experience of leading change as a Program Manager or similar leading role
· Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus
· Strong understanding and application of Scaled agile principles and practices
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills, have the ability to inspire, motivate teams and build your own network
· A background from the Finance business is seen as an advantage
