About the role
HR Administration and Payroll Team Manager is responsible for planning, steering, leading and developing the team according to the business area's goals and vision. Workload distribution between team members, ensuring high quality deliveries in a timely manner and stakeholder management by cooperating with various teams and business representatives is a key part of this role. Additionally, You will be driving different improvement projects and making sure they are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.

You’ll be the right fit if you have:
- Strong motivation, a structured approach to work, and an interest in solving complex problems,
- Great understanding of HR administration and payroll processes,
- People management experience,
- Good knowledge of Labour Law,
- Interest in data-driven processes,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Fluency in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

€2,550 - €3,850 a month
Salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
