Then you are welcome to become a part of Baltic Digital Banking team – a unit of the bank responsible for SEB's sales management and digital sales automation, through digital transformation of the retail bank.
The role is challenging and requires continuous learning and development. If you have a strong experience in this field and you are eager to learn even more about it – there’s a place for you in the SEB Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for Baltic Sales planning, results, and process of following them up with stakeholders
- Managing Sales Managers team in the Baltics and responsible for local sales targets
- Aligning the sales plan and activities with different stakeholders
- Also managing hybrid sales activities – combining digital sales activities with branches and call center
- Reporting to Baltic Digital Banking Head and locally to Local Retail Head & Board Member
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Strong track record in sales management & business acumen
- Strong stamina to lead change
- Interest in banking and financial sector and digital trends in the sector
- Can-do attitude towards challenges and new ways of working
- International working experience
- Good spoken and written level in English and Lithuanian

€5,050 - €7,550 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
