At SEB Life & Pension we are currently evaluating and planning for a major transformation of our products, processes, and core infrastructure.
About the role:
In the role as Product Strategy Manager you will be a key contributor in the program to transform our business platform, collaborating closely with leaders and specialists in the Life & Pension organization and reporting to the head of Product & Service Development. You will be key in ensuring competitive products, leveraging on the potential of simplification through standard software, while maintaining options for differentiation. Your experience will help us find effective ways to manage the complexity of handling business residing in both old and new structures during the multiyear change journey. Many choices will be made during the transformation journey, and you facilitate making informed and fact-based decisions.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· Extensive knowledge of the life and pension industry and its best practices and solutions
· Previous experience in a leading role of similar transformations, and a genuine interest in adapting that experience to our situation, ambition and environment
· Strong analytical skills, a broad toolbox for structuring and streamlining products and processes, and the business acumen to design products and processes to meet our goals
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English
