About the role:
Join to learn how a leading world-class bank works from the inside. Currently we are looking for Billing Support Specialist on temporary contract and permanent contracts. You will be an integral part of a team that provides whole chain of the customer lifecycle, from customer account opening and maintenance to billing support for SEB customers or contribute to data related project assignments. Work in a dynamic and exciting environment that provide support SEB Group with the extensive geographical scope of 11 countries, mostly Nordics. As a Billing Support Specialist you will be responsible for registering, updating and maintaining data in various databases and systems; investigating, monitoring and processing client data and billing related transactions; answering business stakeholder and customers inquiries; performing incoming request analysis and taking part in continuous improvement activities.
