What's your team like?
You will become part of a professional international team – Private Lending – engaged in developing and delivering world-class loan products for private customers across the Baltic countries.

As a Senior Business Developer you will:

Develop, deliver and maintain private loan products

Prepare, coordinate and support developments related to such loans

Negotiate and make agreements with internal and external stakeholders and partners

Participate in development projects

Support and advise front-line employees
Who are we looking for?

Strong English skills, as you will be working with an international team

Strong Lithuanian skills, as you will be working within local and regulatory documents

Experience and knowledge of credit products, processes and regulatory framework

Communication and effective cooperation with team members, as well as stakeholders across the Balticsy

Strong determination to find and argue for new solutions to tough problems
- Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively and idenpendently
