About the role:
We are seeking a motivated professional to support the implementation and automation of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in Jira Assets (Cloud), aligned with CSDM principles, and integrated with Lansweeper for asset discovery. This role requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies in a cloud-first banking environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and maintain CMDB structures in Jira Assets.
- Integrate Lansweeper discovery data into Jira Assets and ensure data quality.
- Map services and infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Develop automation workflows and API integrations for CMDB updates.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Architecture teams to define authoritative sources.
- Ensure compliance with banking security and audit standards.
- Produce dashboards and reports on CMDB health and service dependencies.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- CMDB modeling principles (any tool; Jira Assets preferred).
- Basic cloud service mapping (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience
- API integration and scripting (Python or equivalent).
- Data governance and quality management.
- Data visualization experience
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement experience across teams.
- Good English language knowledge as you will be collaborating with teams across Baltics.

€3,750 - €5,650 a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
