We are looking for a Product Owner in Finance and Risk Tribe, SEB Baltics, Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn who is interested to Finance Regulatory area, and who has ambition innovate in reporting area. As a Product Owner you will work as a part of an agile team, focusing on maximizing the value of the deliveries to our stakeholders.

As a Product Owner your will be responsible for:
- Creating, clarifying and communicating backlog items
- Leading transparent prioritisation
- Supporting stakeholders and bringing their voice to the Delivery team
- Being ambassador for the organization covering Regulatory Reporting automations
- Overseeing team’s development and evaluating product development progress
- Cooperating with other Product owners inside and outside the tribe
- Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments, and contributing to the strategic agenda of the whole area
What we expect:
- Track record of product ownership preferably in finance regulatory reporting or BI area
- Ability to write requirements in a user story format
- Excellent stakeholder management, and an ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking and innovative mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. English is necessary because the work is organised in Baltic teams, developing solutions for the Baltics.
- At least 3 years of similar experience in leading position

€3,400 - €5,000 a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
