Transaction Banking Services is a global process area within Business Services, responsible for Liquidity set ups and Account Services, Payments Services, Trade Finance Services, Receivables Supply Chain Financing solutions and Digital integration of Customer solutions. We also service customers by interacting with them directly in our Client Services Teams and functions. TBS provides efficient and excellent services to all our customers, colleagues and partners.

About the role
As an Automation Developer in the TBS Development team, you will validate process automation opportunities, suggest the most viable automation method and develop process automation solutions initially with Auto IT and gradually you will learn and apply automation methods. You will problem solve issues that arise in the day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions required. You will also be responsible for TBS Scripters community and will facilitate our journey to implement new scripting and/or automation tools. You will work closely with all teams in TBS and other development roles such as strategic business analysts, global process managers and process area specialists, as well as colleagues from other divisions.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Previous experience in developing, testing and maintaining scripts
    • Knowledge about SEB Development tools (e.g. Agile, JIRA and/or GitHub)
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
    • Experience in Business Services, preferably Transaction Banking Services
    • Great communication skills and fluency in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2800 - 4200 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate*. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
