What you will be doing?
As a Software Developer at Financing & Loans Tribe, you will be working with a team of IT and business professionals across the Baltic countries. You will be part of Trade Finance & Factoring team that is responsible for maintenance and development of an in-house system actively used by our stakeholders. Furthermore, we are currently engaged in implementation of a new factoring solution that will take several years to complete. In our team, we strive to provide modern, convenient and reliable tools for our stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing new and maintaining existing software solutions
    • Preparing technical documentation and keeping it up to date
    • Managing incidents and solving problems
    • Collaborating with stakeholders and Agile team members
    • Following priorities set by the product owner

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:

    • Solid experience in software development using Java (Spring, Spring Boot), Angular and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ability to write unit tests
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Working knowledge of Agile development methodology
    • Fluency in verbal and written English (which is crucial as you will be collaborating with colleagues across the Baltic counties)
    • You are a team player who can also work independently
    • Knowledge of DevOps (Jenkins, Kubernetes/ Openshift) and understanding of microservices architecture will be considered an advantage

€2,850 - €5,450 a month
Amount before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
