About the role:
Our Ready to Grow programme will start at the beginning of January 2025. During it you will have an opportunity to learn and get more familiar with the banking sector and kickstart your career as a Bank Operations Specialist. Here, you will work at the heart of the action, helping us deliver more than 500 million transactions we carry out for our customers every year. There is no better place to learn what it means to work in a global bank than here.
In the first weeks of the programme, you will gain insights into various areas such as Lending Services, Trade Finance Services and KYC Reviews among others, and afterwards, you will be assigned a permanent role within one of the teams. This will provide you with the opportunity to see different parts of SEB and develop a broad understanding from the start of how various teams and departments operate. Beginning your journey as a Bank Operations Specialist offers many future opportunities for advancement within the bank.
As a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out assigned tasks to ensure that the daily operations of the bank's financial services run smoothly and in accordance with both internal procedures and external regulations
- Answering requests / questions from internal and external colleagues, customers and other stakeholders related to the daily business
- Ensuring that we don’t miss out on opportunities to grow and innovate our service delivery

€1,500 - €1,500 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
