About the role:
Join our Agile IT Service Management Team as a Product Owner, where you'll play a crucial role in defining and driving Jira and Confluence applications which are widely used within SEB Group. This hybrid position combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement, leading proof of concepts, initiatives, and projects alongside a talented team of developers, support engineers, architect. You'll spearhead innovation, influence product and service decisions in key forums, and work within agile SAFe methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for:
- Service and roadmap development for Jira/Confluence.
- Demand management for Jira/Confluence tools from various stakeholders and teams.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog for the team.
- Financial and Service performance management
- Vendor & Contract Management.
- Working closely with Developers, Scrum Masters, Support Engineers and other Product Owners within the area and with their teams.
- Continuously Improving the ways of working, tools, and processes.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner or Service Delivery Manager, handling similar services.
- Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Service Management tools.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent in English.
- Flexible and willing to take ownership.
- Having experience from being part of large organizations with complex IT-environments and integrations is an advantage.
- Having PO certification will be considered as an advantage.

€3,000 - €4,500 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
